As it’s been a little over a week since our recap of recent Korean Phrases! So we thought this was a perfect point as we’ve finally made it to number 500! Therefore the next mini-milestone will be number 600.

“The King With Donkey Ears” – Traditional Korean Story + Free Worksheet

donkey earsToday we’re going to look at the traditional Korean story “The King With Donkey Ears”. Basically the story is about a King with secretly has donkey ears, which he hides from his subjects. The secret comes out and the king in the end lives with his ears and becomes a better person because of them.

This is a popular and well known children’s fable here in South Korea.

Summer 2016 Private Korean Lessons (FREE Coffee Special Offer)

Fresh Korean Private Lessons Summer 2016

Looking to learn a little Korean this summer or just boost your current level? Well Fresh Korean has teamed up with an experienced private tutor to offer a great summer special. The lessons are available in and around the Hongdae area of Seoul. They include a FREE Coffee (or other beverage) everyday.

You can basically study what you want or need, so unlike in a group or class you can “Study Korean Your Way”.

Summer 2016 Private Korean Lessons

Locations:
Hongdae, Seoul and surrounding area. Parts of northern Incheon are also possible.

When:
3 Days
Monday to Wednesday or Tuesday to Thursday or Wednesday to Friday, 2 hours a day starting at any point between 9am & 7pm (6 hours total).
5 Days
Monday to Friday, 2 hours a day starting anytime between 10am & 7pm. (10 hours total)
This offer runs from now until the start of September 2016.

Prices:
6 hours =
₩169,000 including taxes
10 hours =
₩269,000 including taxes

Included:
Free Coffee (or other beverage) everyday, a complementary Notebook and Pen.
Your teacher will also being resources, worksheets, books etc for use during the lessons.

Your Teacher

Firstly we don’t want to post exact personal details of the teacher here but here a a brief summary. Your teacher is a female native Korean in her 20s, a University graduate and is conversationally fluent in English (as well as Korean of course). She has over 4 years of both classroom and private Korean Language tutoring experience.
