Wine – Fresh Korean Word of the Day for Friday September 21st

Wine – 와인 (Wa / In)

Well sadly this is the 5th and final drink related word of the day of this week, today’s word  is Wine or 와인  in Korean (the pronunciation is the same).

Both red and white wines are easily found and bought in Korea from all major supermarkets, however Korea doesn’t produce very much of its only grape wine. It does however produce Rice Wine (Makgeolli) and Raspberry Wine (Bokbunja) and more. Welcome back for this weeks word of the day number four. This weeks topic is Drinks and the 4th drink of the week  is Tea or  in Korean.

As you might expect from an Eastern Asian country Green Tea is the most popular type of tea in Korea. However you can also buy Wheat Tea, Black Tea and others.

Welcome back for this weeks word of the day number three. This weeks topic is Drinks and the 3rd drink of the week  is Water or  in Korean.

In Korea the best natural water comes from Jeju as like French Volvic water, it is filtered though the volcanic rock of Halla Mountain.
